Managing your account and organization

How organizations work in Renable, how to invite and manage members, the login methods available, and what to do if you need your account or organization deleted.

Updated July 1, 2026

Your organization is your tenant in Renable — it owns your catalogs, projects, templates, channels, and subscription. This article covers switching between organizations, managing members, login methods, and account/organization deletion.

Organizations and switching between them#

If you belong to more than one organization — for example, you work with multiple brands or agencies — you can switch between them from the organization switcher in the top bar. Everything you see (catalogs, projects, templates, channels) belongs to exactly one organization at a time, so switching changes your entire workspace.

Inviting members#

From your organization's settings page, you can invite new members by email. You can invite several people at once by entering multiple addresses (separated by commas or newlines).

Once an invite is sent, you can:

  • Resend the invite email.
  • Share the invite link directly, if the person hasn't received the email.

An invited person must accept using the same email address the invite was sent to — an invite link can't be forwarded and accepted by someone else.

Deactivating vs. removing a member#

Both actions are available from the members list, and they mean different things:

  • Deactivate — blocks the member's access without deleting their record. Useful if someone is temporarily off the team and you expect them back.
  • Remove — removes the member from the organization outright.

You can't deactivate or remove yourself — another member of the organization needs to do that on your behalf.

Login methods#

You can log in to Renable with:

  • Email and password
  • Google
  • Microsoft
  • Facebook

All of these lead to the same Renable account — the method you use doesn't change what organizations or data you have access to.

Deleting your account or organization#

There's no self-service way to delete your account or your organization from within Renable. If you need either deleted, contact support — see below.

Getting support#

If you run into something this KB doesn't cover — including account or organization deletion requests — work through the support ladder:

  1. Ask Aimée. She can answer questions directly from her own knowledge, this knowledge base, and your organization's data.
  2. Browse the knowledge base. Search or skim the collections here for a relevant article.
  3. Email support@renable.com if you still need help, including for account or organization deletion requests.
