If Yotpo handles your product reviews, Renable can fetch them through Yotpo's API and use the best quotes and star ratings in your ads. You need two things from Yotpo: your App key and your Secret key.
Step 1: get your credentials from Yotpo#
Both values live in your Yotpo account settings. Yotpo's own guide shows exactly where: Finding your Yotpo App key and Secret key. [VERIFY: the current path in Yotpo's UI — historically under the account/store settings.]
Renable only reads reviews — nothing is ever written back to your Yotpo account.
Step 2: connect in Renable#
On the catalog's page, open the review-feed settings, choose Yotpo as the source, and paste the App key and Secret key into their fields. Or simply ask Aimée on the catalog page ("connect our Yotpo reviews") and paste the two values into the chat — she saves the connection for you.
Either way, Renable validates the connection against Yotpo's API before saving, and tells you if the credentials don't work — so you never end up with a silently broken review source.
Matching reviews to products#
Yotpo reviews are matched to your products by product identifiers (Product ID, Item group ID, Brand+MPN, or GTIN, tried in that order). If reviews aren't landing on the products you expect, the usual cause is that the product identifiers in Yotpo don't match the ones in your product feed — see Connecting a review feed.
Good to know#
- Reviews import on a recurring daily schedule, so new reviews appear without any manual step.
