Renable uses Stripe to handle payment and invoicing, so all of your invoice history and payment details live in Stripe's own customer portal rather than in Renable itself.
Opening the portal#
On the Billing page, click Invoices and payment. This opens the Stripe Customer Portal in a new tab.
Logging in#
The portal asks you to log in with an email address — use the email address you used when you originally subscribed, not necessarily the email you use to log in to Renable. These are often the same, but if a colleague set up billing under a different address, use that one instead.
What you can do there#
Once logged in, the Stripe portal lets you:
- Download past invoices.
- Update your payment card.
- Update your billing address.
