Getting a Product Feed from BigCommerce

Generate a product feed from a BigCommerce store with a feed app from the marketplace, then connect the feed URL to a Renable catalog.

Updated July 11, 2026

BigCommerce doesn't expose a public product feed by default — the usual route is a feed app from the BigCommerce marketplace that generates a Google Shopping-format feed URL, which you then connect to a Renable catalog.

Step 1: install a feed app#

In your BigCommerce admin, open the Apps marketplace and search for "product feed" or "Google Shopping". Pick an app that can output a feed URL (a link to an XML or CSV file of your products), rather than one that only syncs directly into an ad platform. Alternatively, if your store already syncs products into Google Merchant Center (BigCommerce offers Google integrations for this), you can skip the feed URL entirely and use Renable's Google Merchant Center connection instead.

Step 2: create the feed#

In the app, create a feed and choose:

  • Format: Google Shopping XML where available.
  • Products: all products, or a filtered selection.
  • Fields: make sure title, description, price, availability, image, and a product identifier (SKU or GTIN) are included — the app's defaults usually cover these.

Copy the feed URL the app gives you and open it in a browser to confirm it shows product data.

Step 3: connect it to Renable#

Create a catalog in your project and set the feed URL on the catalog page — or paste the URL (or just your store address) into the Aimée chat and ask her to connect your products; she can check what's available and validates the feed before saving it.
