Your subscription is managed from the Billing page in Renable. From there you can change plans, switch billing frequency, cancel, or reactivate.
Upgrading or downgrading#
Click Switch subscription and choose a new plan. Before you confirm, Renable shows a preview of the change — the line items and what's due — so you know exactly what you're agreeing to before it takes effect.
- Upgrades apply immediately, with your remaining time on the current plan prorated against the new one. Your new credit and usage limits are available right away.
- Downgrades apply at the start of your next billing period. You keep your current plan's limits until then, so nothing is taken away mid-cycle.
Monthly vs. annual billing#
You can switch between monthly and annual billing from the same Switch subscription flow. Paying annually saves 20% compared to paying monthly.
Cancelling#
Click Cancel subscription and confirm. Cancelling takes effect at the end of your current billing period — you keep access until then, and you won't be charged again after that. You can reactivate before the period ends to keep going without interruption.
Reactivating#
If you've cancelled but your billing period hasn't ended yet, use Reactivate subscription to pick up where you left off without losing your plan or setup.
Enterprise and custom plans#
If your needs go beyond the self-serve plans (for example, a managed or agency setup), use Contact us on the plan picker instead of subscribing directly.
