Manage your subscription

How to upgrade, downgrade, switch between monthly and annual billing, cancel, or reactivate your Renable subscription — and what to expect when you do.

Updated July 1, 2026

Your subscription is managed from the Billing page in Renable. From there you can change plans, switch billing frequency, cancel, or reactivate.

Upgrading or downgrading#

Click Switch subscription and choose a new plan. Before you confirm, Renable shows a preview of the change — the line items and what's due — so you know exactly what you're agreeing to before it takes effect.

  • Upgrades apply immediately, with your remaining time on the current plan prorated against the new one. Your new credit and usage limits are available right away.
  • Downgrades apply at the start of your next billing period. You keep your current plan's limits until then, so nothing is taken away mid-cycle.

Monthly vs. annual billing#

You can switch between monthly and annual billing from the same Switch subscription flow. Paying annually saves 20% compared to paying monthly.

Cancelling#

Click Cancel subscription and confirm. Cancelling takes effect at the end of your current billing period — you keep access until then, and you won't be charged again after that. You can reactivate before the period ends to keep going without interruption.

Reactivating#

If you've cancelled but your billing period hasn't ended yet, use Reactivate subscription to pick up where you left off without losing your plan or setup.

Enterprise and custom plans#

If your needs go beyond the self-serve plans (for example, a managed or agency setup), use Contact us on the plan picker instead of subscribing directly.
