If you already manage a product feed in Google Merchant Center and it's set up as publicly accessible, you can grab its URL and use it as a catalog's product feed — no separate connection needed.
This is different from connecting Google Merchant Center via API, which links your Merchant Center account directly and doesn't require a public feed URL at all. Use this feed-URL approach if you'd rather not (or can't) grant Renable API access to your Merchant Center account.
Finding the feed URL#
-
Go to merchants.google.com and log in.
-
Click Products, then Feeds.
-
Click the name of the feed you want the URL for, then open Settings (sometimes labeled Fetch schedule).
-
Copy the URL shown in the File URL field.
Using it in Renable#
Paste that URL into your catalog's Product feed URL field, with Product feed type set to Google Merchant Feed (XML) (or the CSV variant, if that's how your feed is published). See Working with catalogs for where to find this on the catalog page.
[VERIFY: Google Merchant Center's UI (Products → Feeds → Settings/Fetch schedule → File URL) may have moved since these steps were last checked — confirm against the live Merchant Center before republishing, and refresh all three screenshots above.]
